Participant's area redirecting to wrong slack url

If you are signed in a different slack channel and you have clicked on the participant's area, it will give you an o-auth error kasi iniisip niya un ung slack channel na pinupuntahan mo with the wrong secrets etc.

`OAuth Error: invalid_team_for_non_distributed_app`

@amdg Can we force redirect this straight to hackathon slack url once participant's area is clicked?
