图片上传到自建的图床 tg_channel接口错误，其他接口都可以

TG_BOT_TOKEN和TG_CHAT_ID都设置好了

用xdr的测试链接上传到tg_channel可以

我的问题解决了，之前是因为我没把新建的bot机器人加到TG_CHAT_ID的这个频道里，加进去当管理员就能正常上传了
