Vulkan mod disables touchscreen

I'm using an surface laptop to play like a tablet (by using midnight controls) and the vulkan mod was life-saver but it disable touch screen and also I'm using EndeavorOS (Linux) to run this surface

same on my surface go 2 on arch (tried to play with touchcontroller mod)
