Euro is default currency #31

Currently the currency is hardcoded to Euro (€). Localizing that is useless because you can be in other countries. There’s 2 options as far as I see:

  1. Having a setting so you can set the currency for each tab. Default could be Euro or Dollar or whatever.
  2. Not showing the currency at all. This is simple but I’m not sure if it’s good because the currency is a nice cue for what to put in.

Currency symbols have been removed. Would be nice to add a visual cue for the money aspect #64.
