If the DDC/CI function of the monitor is detected to be working properly, and other functions dependent on DDC/CI, such as "Turn off Monitor" or "Adjust Volume" in Twinkle Tray, are functioning normally, you can check your Windows display settings.
It has been found through testing that in Windows 11, if the HDR display switch in Windows Settings is turned on, Twinkle Tray will not be able to adjust the monitor brightness.
