Simplify Tutorial Docs

In #137 I am using tabs for different options how to e.g. install with conda and mamba.

I was wondering if we could adopt something like this for the tutorial. The fact is there is a lot of repeated code, and only a few things are language specific. We could use tabs (there is an option to sync them across the documents!) and the user would see all the general code cells normally and could switch the entire document between different dggs types (e.g. h3, healpix).

I am not sure if this will require to switch from notebooks to pure md files, but just wanted to track this idea here and will investigate a bit.

I think it could be nice to have notebooks of 'how to use xdggs for xxx',
or 'how to do xxx (geo specific workflow) on HEALPix' with thumbnail view in Jupyter Notebook

I think that this is a cool idea.

I don't think it is possible to use tabs with notebooks, though (I haven't seen anything apart from jupyter-book/jupyter-book#2077). Alternatively we could collapse cell content and output by default such that the examples for each dggs type are stacked vertically instead of horizontally with tabs. Unlike tabs I don't think there's an existing way to sync collapse / expand for groups of cells in a document, unfortunately, but that would already de-clutter the tutorial.

Using https://jupyterbook.org/en/stable/content/components.html is very common but not sure how how to use it with entire notebooks.
