Accessor methods (e.g. sel_lonlat) undocumented in API docs?

I think that some of the methods on the accessor class (e.g. here) are not documented in the docs?

Happy to fix this if someone could confirm that I did not miss this and maybe point me in the right direction.

On an additional note, is this something that can be checked via a CI check?

Yes, please! I can confirm these are missing.

There's been some discussion to maybe replace assign_latlon_coords, but we have not found a good replacement API yet (though maybe cell_centers and changing Dataset.merge to allow a lambda might be enough?)

I don't know, maybe using a link checker? The sphinx ecosystem has a surprising amount of less well known tools.

From a quick search it seems we have two options:

• Automatically document all the methods on a class (loosing the current grouping)
• Some custom solutions that require a lot of work.

So I will add the methods manually for now, and keep it that way?
