DOC: Linking awesome-healpix and other tools for working with DGGS

During the WCRP Km-Scale Hackathon 2025, https://github.com/pangeo-data/awesome-HEALPix was created to point to tools related to working with HEALPix data.

Would it be worth adding a link in the docs just to point to this awesome list? And perhaps links to other DGGS tools?
