How to use remote mode in XBVR

I have enabled remote mode both in DeoVR player settings and XBVR options and I can see the connection works from the logs of xbvr:

level=info msg="Connected to DeoVR

Now the question is how to use the remote mode in XBVR, can I select a movie from web UI and start playback in DeoVR remotely ?
