App not running - port 1338

Trying to run xbvr_0.4.35 but keep getting:
level=fatal msg="listen tcp :1338: bind: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions."

I already have a firewall port inbound rule setup:

Are you running Stash as well? If so you need to change the port either in stash (best advise) or in xbvr via DB update or commandline option to something else.

Stash is simpler to change.

I am not running stash as far as I know. I don't even know what that is 😅

it seems the port number 1338 is already occupied by another software or even another instance of xbvr.

Run: netstat -anb
It shows all ports and applications

And I also ran netstat -anb | findstr :1338

But no luck

set port to 9999. Had similar issue, couldn't figure out what is blocking the port, took a higher range, works.
