waitFor Not always waits the maximum timeout

i noticed that waitFor in combination with a Not condition i.e. waitForElementNotPresent always waits for the maximum specified timeout, even when the condition is matched instantly. This seems to be a bug in Xebium.

Doesn't this commit dbf8e5f fixes this problem?
