getText returns empty text

Using the 'fastProcessor' branch, getText directly invokes WebElement.getText().

However, I have a couple of situations where getText with an 'id' locator produces a different result compared to a getEval of 'document.getElementById('theId').value'.

This might fundamentally be a webdriver/phantomjs/...? issue, but it does affect us. Has anyone alse seen this?
