Add links to screenshots in test output

I'm not sure if this would be possible, but it'd be quite nice to be able to add links to any screenshots made by Xebium into the test results of the tests that triggered them.

The Slim Script table does not have a simple way of doing that. All we're communicating back to FitNesse is if a test succeeded (true/false) or a text string that is checked against a fixed value (check statement).

We can build our own table type though ;).
