Output always just '!!!!!!!'

When trying any models with WebGPU, the output is just '!!!!!!!!!!!'.

System: M2 Max, Chrome
Branch: experimental-webgpu

No console errors.

I also met this error specifically with Japanese.
When I run whisper in Python console with model v3-large-turbo, though I chose translate from Japanese to English, it's just shown the Japanese characters.
IMO the model has something wrong, not Xenova's code.
