Handle OS `SUPPORT_END` instead of EOL dates from endoflife.date

**What would you like to be added**:

`SUPPORT_END` is an optional field in `/etc/os-release`. When this field exists, we should use it instead of trying to match EOL dates from endoflife.date

**Why is this needed**:

This will improve the accuracy for EOL dates for OS.
