[Request] Change Position of Layout Dynamic for Users

■Request

wanna change the position of the Dev tools layout for Users through its settings
hope can choose bottom-right or top-right at first.

■Current Conditions

Hi, when I used Salesforce org header extensions available to Google Chrome,
Dev tools show back to these headers, and cannot see back buttons or profiles on Dev tools.
Have to manually turn off either of the extensions many times, which exhausts me.
