Vertical line and the tooltip fixed

I need to keep a vertical line and the tooltip fixed when clicking on the graph point (as shown in the image). How can I do this?

I tried using markLine but it didn't work. I`m using Angular ^17.1.2 | Echarts 5.5.0 and ngx-echarts ^17.2.0
