Default grid points for GenerateCache

The current setting of [sample_sizes[0]+10, sample_sizes[0]+20, sample_sizes[0]+30] is likely to be insufficient when sampled gamma values are large. It's not clear to me how we should create a sensible set of defaults. We either need to test some possibilities, or we just remove the default and let users fumble around.
