New Device: Tuya / Woolworth / Bri-Home RGBW Bulb

Got a few RGBW Bulbs from Woolworth clearance sale.
They are to be used with Bri-Home App, which in fact is one of the many Tuya brandings.

Does use software PWM, only connected pins below, active high:

• GPIO5 - white
• GPIO4 - red
• GPIO12 - green
• GPIO14 - blue

Could this be supported? Not sure how to name it though. It "should" be generic for the tuya platform, but over on tasmota they discuss another tuya bulb which has a dedicated rgb pwm chip and white as software pwm.

Led board silkscreen reads "YM-A60BC-WIFIRGBTY-2835-1"
Currently testing with espurna-1.13.3-iwoole-led-table-lamp.bin flashed via tuya-convert.
(Same pinout but different color assignment).

Module inside is TYWE3S

• FlashMode: 1M QIO @ 40MHz
• FlashChipId: 1440c8
• FlashChipRealSize: 1048576

Looks like a new config will be needed, I can't see anything with the same pin<>colour assignment as this. I had the same thing when I submitted the PR for the iWoole lamps 😀
