wrong display of popup for hover window #259

Thanks for the cool gui!
for some reason the hover float window is displayed incorrectly sometimes.
I'm on windows 10, a recent nightly (.10+ ) of neovim...
Not sure why it's happening, but it seems to be connected to how far over the cursor is?
