Difference between difference commands and modes?

I'm having a hard time understanding the difference and intention behind these commands

1. AvanteAsk
2. AvanteChat (ask = false)
3. AvanteChatNew => mentioned in the ReadMe, but no code path exists?
4. AvanteEdit => for a visual block (that I get)
5. AvanteToggle

Later in the README it is also explained that there are 3 modes

a) planning: Used with require("avante").toggle() on sidebar
b) editing: Used with require("avante").edit() on selection
c) suggesting: Used with require("avante").get_suggestion():suggest() on tab flow

To be be honest though, I don't see any difference between 1,2, and 5? They all open the sidebar, add current file to context. 3 seems to suggest that it would start a new Chat but it actually doesn't work? At least it's not exposed as part of the keymap

I would be especially interested in the difference between 1 and 2

For the first part: Between 1 and 2, AvanteAsk allows for the optional parameters "question" and "position". But AvanteChat doesn't. I guess with AvanteAsk you could directly type in your question without having to go into the chat bar first, but personally I just use the chatbar.
For 3. Are you on the latest version? It was just added where it has the same functionality as typing /new in the chat #1862. It has no default keybinding, but you could set it to something like <leader>an to make it similar to the cursor's command+n to open a new chat. Maybe a default keybinding should be created.
For 4. I believe it's tied with the <leader>ae command that appears in visual mode which edits the selected text directly without using the chat window.
For 5. It's like AvanteChat but will hide the chat bar if already open.

For the 3 modes, I am not too sure, I have not looked into those.
If I had to guess, planning mode is the one in the chat bar that will interactively do code-editing where it'll ask you to confirm the changes it plans to make. editing mode just makes the changes. suggesting is related to cursor-liketab functionality.
