The P2P Blocklist syntax for the 0200::/7 range only

I want to handle only 0200::/7 connections in my torrent client, but not sure about the syntax.
For example, IPv4 filters rule looks like that:

@oooo-ps , if your torrent client provides an option to select a network interface, choosing the Yggdrasil TUN interface may be the shortest path for handling peers only in 200::/7 subnet.

But if you really need to use a blocklist, I think you can try it this way:
