UNAIDS 2015 expenditure data

@anjesh @bezunakarmi it looks like the expenditure for UNAIDS is not showing correctly. For example, I checked the 2015 expenditure data published for Sudan (recipient country code "SD") and it shows a total of 1,261,032 - http://open.undg.org/ctrack.html?publisher=XM-DAC-41110&tongue=eng#view=list_transactions&country_code=SD. But the actual total reported in xml is USD 1,171,800. This is the total of reported expenditure in 3 datasets as 656300+413300+102200. The data is shown in the portal as 705,669+415,976+139,386 respectively.

Could you please have a look?

@abdulriza We think there is an issue in d-portal's code when it comes to activity having multiple recipient countries. As we can see in d-portal's site as well, that are are no data shown for the year 2015.

We have reported this issue to d-portal, we hope they could help us through this.
