V2.02 File Contains 'Old' Transaction Types

The IATI file published by War Child on the Registry at : https://aidstream.org/files/xml/wcuk-activities.xml contains 'old' value alphabetic transaction types eg 'IF'

Is this an upgrade issue or other issue ? Can the data be regenerated?
