Task for ODS - Update IATI Publisher's user guidance

IATI Publisher has a downloadable pdf user manual, pdf import manual and online publishing checklist. All will need updating in light of ongoing changes to the tool.

ODS and YI to discuss:

• what format to use for user guidance (e.g AidStream's online format is intuitive, with FAQs)
• how much completion of Guide new users through data entry screens in the right order #1487 replaces the need for separate written instructions on steps to publishing
• the place for demo videos and/or webinars alongside guidance

Checklist:

• Clarify how to update text on IATI Publisher's "About", "Publishing Checklist", "IATI Standard" and "Support" pages - e.g. collaborating directly on the GitHub code.
• Update minor typos and reference to "IATI Helpdesk" on the Support page
• Update typos on the IATI Standard page (duplicate link to Publish Organisation Data and unnecessary text in Download PDF... section)
• Decide how to combine the "Publishing Checklist" page and downloadable PDF User Manual - this could become a "How to Use" section, linking to Zendesk support pages and FAQs similar to AidStream's
