Feature request: cluster bootstrap

Hello,

I would like to request a feature to facilitate cluster-robust inference when using the traditional nonparametric bootstrap. All this requires is bootstrapping the clusters instead of individual units. This could make use of the existing cluster argument. Thanks!

Hi Noah, I agree this would be very useful. It looks like there may already be a feature request for this (see here: #246). If so, I'd give a thumbs up on the other thread and add any info there that you think would be helpful, so it can be consolidated in one thread.
