What are the steps to run this without Kafka?

Debezium supports different sinks and I want to push changes to NATS JetStream

Hi @Wombarly one way to run without Kafka is by using the Debezium Engine, we do have one example to demonstrate how to use it here - https://github.com/yugabyte/cdc-examples/tree/main/debezium-engine-app

You could implement something similar where you will be pushing the change records to your desired sink.
