Option for volume boost.

When using the gestures and mpv player at least, the volume gesture shows the volume being adjusted as 15/30 being the max volume. Not sure if the player internally is set to have a 200% max volume cap but gesture perhaps do not support it at the moment or what.

Possibly a duplicate of #99.
VLC does support volume boost but I am not sure about mpv and Exo. If I implement this I would need to find a way to lock it depending on the player engine. It's also better to make the volumes appear as percentage rather than flat numbers.

It is indeed a feature mpv supports. Also, you're correct it's a duplicate of #99 In mpv, you can set an option, max volume or something to allow one to increase the audio more than 100%. I can't say the same for exo though. But both mpv and vlc support those.
