Android 16 KB Alignment

APK shared-withLibs-debug.apk is not compatible with 16 KB devices. Some libraries have LOAD segments not aligned at 16 KB boundaries:
lib/arm64-v8a/libffmpegJNI.so
lib/arm64-v8a/libvlc.so
lib/arm64-v8a/libvlcjni.so
Starting November 1st, 2025, all new apps and updates to existing apps submitted to Google Play and targeting Android 15+ devices must support 16 KB page sizes. For more information about compatibility with 16 KB devices, visit developer.android.com/16kb-page-size.

This means we need to build VLC manually by ourselves to make sure it is 16KB-aligned. All 3 players for Android need to have their own buildscripts (because currently I am just importing ready-built libs from somewhere else)

Last I checked, VLC aar libs still didn't contain 16KB-aligned native binaries
