Star/Favorite list

**Description:**

CPod is hands down the best podcast client around, for linux at least.

I woud like to be able to somehow book mark favorite podcast episodes for later reviewing them again.
A little favorites list section would be amazing, and I would be willing to contribute to a bounty for that.
