Plugin: hydra

Hydra can be viewed as an opinionated set of requirements which APIs need to satisfy. In Kopflos, I would like to have a Hydra plugin which would provide some automatic and some manual features which turns any RDF API into Hydra

• Automatically generate a hydra:ApiDocumentation from Resource Shapes
• Serve it from the API and add the Link header to all responses
• Provide high-level handler for hydra:Collection #204
• Provide reusable facility to handle URI Templates according to Hydra spec
