[Android] User cannot interact with browser's private window #1035

[Tested browsers] Chrome, Samsung browser
[Tested manufacturer] Samsung, Pixel, OnePlus, Xiaomi
[Issue Description] This issue could be recreated every single time when the user would like to interact with mobile's browser not in regular window, yet in incognito mode on Chrome (Secret mode on Samsung browser). Once switching to private mode is accomplished, completely black screen is shown for the user.
