Zed not running

Summary

zed is not opening

Steps to trigger the problem:
1.Locate zed.exe
2.run it

Actual Behavior: loading for some time then not opening. its not crashing or executing. nothing is happening

Expected Behavior: should open zed windows

cannot get zed info
my specs are
intel i3 10th gen
16 gb ram
windows 10
gt 710
