Dismiss inline git blame hover popup with Esc

I often find that the git blame is being triggered accidentally on mouse over, and it often does not go away because I end up mousing over it in an attempt to select a line underneath the popup.

It would be nice if the popup was dismissed with the escape key, because it is annoying having to move the mouse away from popup to have it go away
