Is your feature request related to a problem?

I like to share videos of my workflow with my team (and occasionally on Twitter/YouTube/etc.). While screen-casting software definitely solves this in a strictly more general way, for a quick screen capture, VS Code's built in Screencast mode is great, and I would love to have it in Zed. (It is, to be clear, a long way down the priority list… but also maybe could be some nice marketing?)

Introduce a screencast mode that shows the keys being used (and maybe also mouse clicks?) as the user interacts with the editor.

If applicable, add mockups / screenshots to help present your vision of the feature

Here's an example from a little demo project where I was testing out a TS feature I’m using in Ember.js, with VS Code's screencast mode:
