Add the ability to copy all errors/warnings from the diagnostic menu at once

I don't always need to use the built-in agent in Zed. Sometimes I need to copy all the warnings in a file and one file to third-party ai chats. And in order not to copy one at a time, it would be very convenient to just use a button or command in CMD+SHIFT+P, which would simply copy them all.
