Feature Request: Auto Compact (from OpenCode)

OpenCode and OpenCode-ai both includes an auto compact feature.

Which automatically summarizes your conversation when it approaches the model's context window limit.

This feature:

• Monitors token usage during your conversation
• Automatically triggers summarization when usage reaches 95% of the model's context window
• Creates a new session with the summary, allowing you to continue your work without losing context
• Helps prevent "out of context" errors that can occur with long conversations

We can enable or disable this feature in your configuration file.

I think this feature is pretty good for using agentic editing.

This is probably quite needed, forget open code, rn, with local llms, I have to keep creating new threads everytime. I had to switch back to windsurf. At this rate, pretty sure have to build a new editor for personal use, because no one can seem to get a 1000year old tech right.
