Jump to the next empty line

There is a way to create a shortcut to jump to the next/previous empty line or to the next paragraph?

I tried seeing if vim::StartOfParagraph could be bound to a key not in vim-mode but it doesn't look like it's the case.

It doesn't look like there is anything similar in the default keybind files.

editor::MoveToEndOfParagraph and editor::MoveToStartOfParagraph works. It doesn't work when I try to bind to ctrl-down. Thanks
