Prevent Opening Files (Locking Toggle) for Streaming

I started streaming on youtube where I live code on some projects. I accidentally opened the .env for just a split second and leaked some API Keys. I think it'd be cool if you could "lock" a file which just doesnt let you open them. An then simply unlock them (via right click menu for example) after you're done streaming. That way you're not scared of opening any files on stream that you didn't want to.
