Ability to call AI tools using @ shortcut (similar to including files/selection)

When we setup MCPs successfully, we're able to see what tools are exposed (img below)

It would be awesome to call tools using @ (to auto-complete based on the info above), this would allows us to explicitly call tools. Using just chat/text works, but sometimes even when spelling the tool correctly the AI comes with something else
