Inconsistent use of @zed-industries/ fork of vscode-langservers-extracted package

I noticed that there is inconsistent use of the zed-industries fork of the vscode-langservers-extracted package, there are not only references to that, but also to the original package. This complicates provisioning for secure workplaces, and poses a security risk using a package outside your organizations control.

I've created a simple PR at #33789 that consistently uses only the zed-industries fork.
