Support hotkey switching between splitted terminal panes

Currently I can reveal terminal panel by CMD+J or CTRL+Backtick, but if there are more splitted terminal panes, it seems no way to switch focus between them, other than mouse clicking.

It would be handy to support hotkey switching between splitted terminal panes, maybe CMD+{ and CMD+}, similar to how we switch tabs in the editor?

I've found an action pane: activate next item, but it's not working, is it a bug or it mean to do something else?

Pane is a single entity with the tabs, where things like editor are open in.
So, next item in the pane is a next tab.
