AI panel feature request: show the tool count / tool count limit in the panel too

Context:

While vibe coding, especially when the copilot has a series of clearly defined tasks, is easy to multitask and do something that is not cognitive difficult. However, sometimes it is not smart to start a new task when the copilot is nearing the "consecutive tool count limit".

It would be cool if we can see how the tool count is progressing towards it's limit. That would give me more multitask-super powers.

Proposal:

• When in Burn Mode: show the "current tool count" numbers (e.g. 41)
• When NOT in Burn Mode: show the "current tool count / tool count limit" numbers (e.g. 41/50)
• Position of UI: near the bottom of the AI panel, show the "current tool count / tool count limit" numbers (e.g. 41/50. This could be next to the "context size / context size limit" fields.
