Cycle focus through panels AND docks

Vim considers everything to be a window in contrast to Zed where there's a distinction between panels and docks.

I'd like to be able to cycle through all of them.

For example I've set a keybind for workspace::ActivateNextPane and if both docks are open and I'm currently focused in the Editor (panel) every time its executed it should:

• Focus right dock
• Focus left dock (wrap around)
• Focus editor
