Implement unsaved markers

I've seen zed do this only with git projects, marking the diff.
Other IDEs/text editors have (or can get) this for normal saved documents (Notepad++, Kate, VSCode (extension) between others).
I think an option to have this mark, maybe as always/git/never would be nice.
