Summary

When looking at a git blame modal in a git repo with multiple remotes the PR link doesn't take you to the right pull request in some cases

Example:
Image

Clicking on the bottom right "#110" should take me to Remco's remote fork of Zed, but it actually links to origin's #110

Zed Version and System Specs

Zed: v0.175.0 (Zed Nightly 8b088b3)
OS: macOS 15.3.0
Memory: 16 GiB
Architecture: aarch64

I'm having similar issue. I have a fork of zed, and when I click on an issue in the tooltip its not taking the zed repo but opening my own repo with the issue number and ofc that is a 404 :P

And thats not with multiple remotes.
