Bottom dock always contains a terminal tab when project is opened #45443

Description

Reproduction steps

  1. Open a project
  2. Spawn a task, then close the task tab

Current vs. Expected behavior

When a task is spawned, its tab appears in the bottom dock. When you close that tab, the bottom dock doesn't disappear because it still contains a terminal tab, which Zed auto-opened when opening the project. This is a bit inconvenient If you run tasks but don't use the integrated terminal.

I assume this was done so the integrated terminal feels snappy on first use.
