Weird linebreaks in popups describing settings

Reproduction steps

1. Press cmd + ,
2. Click "Edit in settings.json"
3. Find or write "hard_tabs": false
4. Hover "hard_tabs"

Current vs. Expected behavior

Current behaviour:
On hover of "hard_tabs":

Same for "remove_trailing_whitespace_on_save" and possible others.

Expected behaviour:
The entire help text on one line, or at least less vertical spacing.

Hey @omegahm thanks for filing this! I’ve noticed this myself. I think this is an issue with clippy formatting our files and the parser for these docs seems to pick up the newlines (\n) verbatim.
