Zen is slow to update and restart on macOS

• I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.

What happened?

Using the updater in the About section, I noticed that the updater is slow to restart. It was stuck in "restarting" phase for a while that, while I don't have any solid numbers, I had time to make coffee and come back.

I checked Firefox's and its updater didn't take as long. In fact, it was very fast, and my Brave was just a smidge slower

Expected behavior

Restarting shouldn't take minutes

Actual behavior

Restart took so long I was able to make coffee and come back with it still trying to restart

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to About section
2. Click the update button
