DOH: Zen loose connectivity when network changes #10799

- I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
- I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.
What happened?
Basiclly trying to reopen this thread from february: #4965
Expected behavior
It should stay connected even when switching signals.
Actual behavior
it instead doesn't work until i restart the browser
Steps to reproduce
in my case i use Bazzite KDE to switch between my ethernet and mullvad vpn connections and whenever i switch them the page just dies unless i restart the browser which is weird because this doesn't happen in both other chrome and firefox browsers.
